On January 23, 2024<\/strong>, the first stage of the national BioInvestIT <\/a>roadshow<\/strong>, the new annual investment forum dedicated to the circular bioeconomy<\/strong>, took place at MIND – Milano Innovation District, at the Bio4Dreams Headquarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the stage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u267b\ufe0f best practice case studies, sustainable models, initiatives, and financial tools related to the circular bioeconomy were analyzed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfc6 Buoono<\/a><\/strong>: develops solutions to recycle food industry waste and transform it, through circular regenerative cultivation systems, into new high-nutritional value raw materials dedicated to the food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climate Standard<\/a><\/strong>: develops a platform for the self-certification of carbon footprint and carbon neutrality for companies and their products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elevate<\/strong>: aims to improve the recycling of the most challenging plastic materials (particularly PET) with sustainable and non-toxic catalysts that can degrade polymers and quickly return them to their original monomers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kinsect<\/a><\/strong>: develops innovative technologies to automate and optimize insect farming for deriving animal proteins, primarily targeting the feed market, with a reduced environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIEve<\/a><\/strong>: develops a regenerable and modular all-in-one filter for treating wastewater and obtaining advanced materials from “red mud,” a byproduct of aluminum processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smush Materials<\/a><\/strong>: produces 100% green solutions for protective packaging and thermal-acoustic insulation from fermented organic by-products using fungal mycelium, aiming to replace single-use plastics like polystyrene.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
