{"id":17487,"date":"2024-05-29T10:58:59","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T08:58:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bio4dreams.com\/finanziato-maasai-progetto-horizon-rivoluzionare-manifattura\/"},"modified":"2024-09-30T13:29:39","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T11:29:39","slug":"funded-maasai-horizon-project-revolutionize-manufacturing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bio4dreams.com\/en\/funded-maasai-horizon-project-revolutionize-manufacturing\/","title":{"rendered":"MaaSAI funded, a project to revolutionize manufacturing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>MaaSAI project<\/strong>, Agile Manufacturing as a Service through AI Autonomous Agents, coordinated by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), with <strong>Bio4Dreams as a partner<\/strong>, has been selected within the \u201cBio-intelligent manufacturing industries\u201d call of Horizon Europe, among 85 proposals, for a <strong>total funding of approximately 7 million euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project aims to <strong>revolutionize manufacturing and remanufacturing processes<\/strong> through a digital system that facilitates agile and efficient interactions between production system providers and manufacturing companies in a <strong>Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS)<\/strong> ecosystem, using advanced <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong> applications to optimize production capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bio4Dreams will carry out the implementation and promotion of the MaaSAI system through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bio4dreams.com\/en\/establishment-beep-factory-startup-prototyping-life-sciences\/\">BEEP Factory<sup>TM<\/sup><\/a><\/strong>, an innovative platform created to facilitate the prototyping of devices and instrumentation in the Life Sciences sector, and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shared-labs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SharedLabs<sup>TM<\/sup><\/a><\/strong>, shared research laboratories, organized and equipped by function, available on-demand for various entities such as startups, researchers, and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the solutions and components of the MaaSAI system are simulation systems and optimization of prototyping through digital twins, management and optimization of the supply chain, messaging for secure project data exchange, a cloud platform to facilitate access to shared resources, and a dynamic catalog that facilitates the connection between suppliers and consumers in the MaaS ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the project partners is also <strong>UnivPM<\/strong>, Polytechnic University of Marche, with which Bio4Dreams has initiated an <strong>operational collaboration on the project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bio4Dreams is a partner in the MaaSAI project, a HORIZON initiative with approximately \u20ac7M in funding to revolutionize manufacturing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":17484,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1372],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17487","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-corporate"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
