The company has recently reached two key milestones that reinforce its expertise in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, it has <strong>successfully completed a project<\/strong> (PDTiFA) focused on <strong>remote monitoring of atrial fibrillation<\/strong> and <strong>won the first call of the \u201cBooster for Life Science FVG\u201d program <\/strong>with a second project (PrediCat) dedicated to <strong>fall-risk prevention in elderly patients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PDTiFA: project for atrial fibrillation telemonitoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PDTiFA (Integrated Diagnostic and Therapeutic Pathways for patients with Atrial Fibrillation) is an initiative designed to improve remote monitoring of atrial fibrillation patients, with a particular focus on managing frail individuals. The project was developed by Feature Jam in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.televita.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Televita S.p.A.<\/a> (lead partner), in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/portale.units.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University of Trieste<\/a> and the Cardiology Clinic of Cattinara Hospital in Trieste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this project, the SME developed a <strong>real-time remote monitoring system capable of detecting atrial fibrillation episodes<\/strong>. At the core of the system is a proprietary AI-based algorithm designed to effectively support clinical monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>successful completion of the project<\/strong> marks a significant step forward in enabling <strong>more proactive and personalized management of cardiovascular diseases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PrediCat: project for fall-risk monitoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Feature Jam was <strong>awarded the first call of the \u201cBooster for Life Science FVG \u2013 TRL Advancement\u201d program<\/strong> with the project <strong>PrediCat<\/strong>, aimed at <strong>predicting fall risk<\/strong> in elderly individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This funding program, promoted by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, supports life sciences projects that focus on validating innovative technologies and increasing their Technology Readiness Level (TRL), helping them move closer to market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this framework, Feature Jam\u2019s <strong>BlueJam <\/strong>platform plays a key role. BlueJam combines wearable devices and AI-powered software to <strong>monitor falls, strokes, and Parkinson\u2019s disease<\/strong>. The goal of the PrediCat project is to <strong>advance the technology from TRL 4 to TRL 6 <\/strong>by completing system engineering, optimizing AI algorithms, developing regulatory components, and initiating a validation phase in real-world settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through PrediCat, <strong>Feature Jam moves closer to market deployment<\/strong>, strengthening its commitment to preventing risks
