The transaction marks the beginning of a new phase of maturity for the Trentino-based startup active in digital rehabilitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 2020 by David Tacconi and Roberto Tomasi together with <strong>Bio4Dreams as founding partner<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bio4dreams.com\/en\/euleria-rehabilitation-from-home-with-professional\/\">Euleria Health<\/a> was born and grew within the incubator\u2019s ecosystem, which supported its entrepreneurial development and market positioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The innovative Trentino startup and Benefit Corporation develops <strong>digital devices and platforms for rehabilitation<\/strong> in orthopedic, neurological, and sports medicine, making advanced care and telerehabilitation programs accessible and measurable in any setting. In 2023, Bio4Dreams also supported the company in launching its <a href=\"https:\/\/bio4dreams.com\/euleria-health-crowdfunding-rivoluzione-riabilitazione\/\"><strong>equity crowdfunding campaign<\/strong><\/a> on CrowdFundMe, aimed at backing its international expansion plans and the development of proprietary software suites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We-COM<\/strong> is an IT company with a team of professionals and consultants specialized in developing digital solutions and providing advisory services for businesses and public administrations, with a strong focus on digital transformation. Within the group, <strong>Hi.Tech<\/strong> is the entity dedicated to integrated digital solutions for healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the sale of shares to Hi.Tech, <strong>Bio4Dreams completes a journey<\/strong> that saw the startup evolve from an early-stage entrepreneurial initiative into a company ready to embark on a <strong>new phase of industrial growth<\/strong>, in which the technological expertise of the We-COM Group will further enhance the impact of Euleria Health\u2019s digital rehabilitation solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bio4Dreams views this transaction as the natural conclusion of a shared growth path and the beginning of a <strong>new chapter for Euleria Health<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the share sale transaction, Bio4Dreams was assisted by the law firm Studio Legale Grande Stevens, with lawyers Paolo Grande, Emanuele Cufalo, and Daniele Cericola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Bio4Dreams, founding partner of Euleria Health during the challenging Covid period, has contributed over the years to the consolidation and growth of this startup.
