Bio4Dreams has signed a collaboration agreement with Rubik Hub, a Romanian accelerator highly active in the HealthTech sector. The aim is to build a bridge between the two ecosystems, support the internationalization of startups toward major European markets, and identify co-investment opportunities in a fast-growing country such as Romania.

Rubik Hub’s mission is to inspire, educate, and accelerate startups from inception to global success. Its programs are offered on an equity-free basis and support startups at every stage of growth, from ideation to fundraising and international expansion across European markets. Since 2017, Rubik Hub has worked with more than 400 startups, facilitating access to international networks of investors and professionals.

Part of the Regional Development Agency for North-East Romania, Rubik Hub operates as an entrepreneurship support ecosystem built around a community of over 350 international mentors. It has also been included for two consecutive years in Europe’s Leading Start-up Hubs, the Financial Times ranking produced together with Statista and Sifted.

The innovation ecosystems of Central and Eastern Europe represent a dynamic and growing area. Among them, Romania stands out as an increasingly active country in the development of new entrepreneurial initiatives in the technology and HealthTech sectors.

This is the context behind the interest in collaborating with Rubik Hub, an initiative aimed at strengthening the connections between the two ecosystems and supporting the growth and internationalization of startups and projects in the Life Sciences.

The agreement was signed at the Bio4Dreams headquarters in MIND, during a visit by a delegation from Rubik Hub and several startups participating in the “Rubik Garage – HealthTech Edition” program.
