On February 27, 2024, the fourth stage of the national BioInvestIT roadshow will be held at NOI Techpark in Bolzano, the last one organized by Bio4Dreams.
On February 27, 2024, the fourth stage of the national BioInvestIT roadshow will take place at NOI Techpark in Bolzano, the new annual investment forum dedicated to the circular bioeconomy. This will be the last stage organized by Bio4Dreams in collaboration with its local partners.

At this South Tyrolean stage:
♻️ Bio4Dreams’ approach to supporting the bioeconomy was presented;
🏔️ two local circular bioeconomy success stories were analyzed;
💪 Five new startups competed with their pitch decks in front of an expert jury to win a spot in the next phase.
Participating Startups
HiWeiss: aims to replace animal proteins in the food industry with its high-quality, unaltered protein concentrates and textured products, obtained through an innovative extraction system from sustainable plant sources.
Plantvoice: a patented technology capable of determining the health status of plants by analyzing sap flow and salinity, helping farmers optimize the use of water and fertilizers.
Solos: developed a sustainable aquaponic farming system that also integrates fish farming, functioning with low water consumption and without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and antibiotics.
🏆 The Garum Project: produces a line of healthy and eco-friendly seasonings and flavorings, potential substitutes for salt and broth, made through the fermentation of nutrient-rich food by-products.
WonderGene: has encapsulated a research laboratory into a briefcase, enabling small and inexperienced entities to conduct high-quality genetic analysis and thus prevent food fraud and counterfeiting.
